Yes.
One is an operating system, the other two are office suites. You can't compare an office suite with an operating system in any meaningful way.
No. Microsoft Windows 2000 Pro and Windows Office are separate products.
Yes, you can run MS Office 2002 on a Vista computer. However, I think the version numbers are 2000 and 2003 -- I am not aware of an Office 2002 for the PC -- maybe the MAC. If that is the case, then you would not be able to run the MAC version of Office on a Vista computer.
Yes, it will I have done it.
It does on Vista Home Basic (my op sys). I have Office 2000 Pro on it with no problems.

Mostly you shouldn't have any problems; however there is an issue with Outlook (not Outlook Express). Outlook 2000 stores its username/password information in the registry. When vista was developed it was decided that this wasn't secure enough and under Vista, Outlook will ask for the email password each time it is run. The only solutions to this are to keep Outlook running all the time or to use a third party keyboard macro system to automatically supply the password when requested. Neither is ideal! Microsoft don't support Office 2000 (or 2002) under Vista so the problem is unlikely to be fixed.

Yes it does.
No. That is included with Office, not Works.
Microsoft Office Mobile was created in 2000-04.
