Really, you wouldnt need to look at how thick your waist or other areas are to determine whether your "fat", it all depends your diet and health. many girls can look "skinny" with a thick waist just from working out and eating healthy. But many people do think the perfect body shape is 36, 24, 36 so your pretty close!
