January 20th 2009 As of January 20th 2009, Barack Hussein Obama will take his oath of office as President of the United Sataes of America, as soon as this is complete President Bush will step down as US President. Both families will meet prior to the inauguration ceremonies- the president elect and Bush will attend the ceremonies while Bush's belongings will be packed and moved out of the White House that morning. When Obama and his family return to the White House after the partying, the Obamas' belongings will be moved in and unpacked.
