For survival I think you need 50 to get Hokage. Time attack I got 5:26 and that was head ninja so it is probably around 4:59 and below. And in oboro i have a very rough estimate. 185 with Rock Lee was Jonin, and Hokage was 258 with Nine-Tailed Naruto, so its around 200 ish. I hope that helps a bit.
