hell no! sasuke left konoha to kill itachi, after he kills itachi , Tobi (madarra) ties him up and tells him the full story of why itachi turned evil and then it turned out itachi was forced bythe hidden leaf village to destroy the uchiha. naruto becomes hokage of the hidden leaf village and sasuke swore to destroy konoha because they made his brother kill the uchiha. so obviously they will fight again and NEVER become friends!
don't believe it nothing is certain yet & naruto also has that ability to change people so it could maybe happen & itachi wasn't forced numb nutts the uchiha clan was planning to attack the village & itachi loved the village so when asked he said he'd do it pay more attention to the manga & he's not evil
Actually sasuke is showing hints of regret throughout the new manga. For example: Ch 528 last page.
