In a fight between Naruto and Sasuke currently they are both gaining new abilities and powers, Sasuke will obtain his Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan and Naruto will gain full control over the Nine tails Chakra. Sasuke no longer has the curse mark's powers and Naruto acquired the ability of Sage Mode. Sasuke does have multiple mangekyou jutsus and might put up a fight against Naruto. But Naruto does have much more Chakra naturally and along with the Sage Mode chakra and the Nine Tails, his Chakra far outweighs Sasuke's. Even if Sasuke was to put up a fight he wouldn't last nearly as long as Naruto could. In the end it only matters how fast Sasuke can end the fight or how long it will take Naruto to end the fight!
