Possibly. Since the manga has about a year or two left, I'd say it's quite likely, however, at the rate Sasuke is at now, he'll never become ''good'' again. So far, Sasuke doesn't seem completely evil. Madara is practically the king of evil in the entire Naruto series; along with Orochimaru, Kabuto, and all of the Akatsuki (excluding Itachi of course). I think of it this way, Madara being the puppetier and Sasuke being Madara's puppet.
If Masashi Kishimoto (the creator of the Naruto series) plans on making Sasuke ''good'', it'll take a solid year to make his change believable. As I said before, the manga is far from over so things could go either way (50/50).
Anyways, I hope Sasuke turns good again! I miss him!
