Most likely not. They are both great series in their own way, but I think that Harry Potter has a special place in most people's heart's that can never be replaced. There's just something about HP that just draws people into JK Rowlings world. Septimus Heap is a great series too though, so it will undoubtedly be popular, but I think that Harry Potter will always be the ruling Magic series.
