Will Stephenie Meyer keep writing the next Twilight book even though it got spred over the internet?
She has said that it has been put on hold indefinately, meaning she doesn't think so, although she might. If she does, it will probably be in a few years after she has had time to recover. The thing she is really upset about is she knows who did it, because it was a unique copy that she gave to one person. She trusted this person and was upset they betrayed her.

At the moment, there are five books in total that are fictional Twilight books. Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, Breaking Dawn, and the Short Second Life of Bree Tanner. There was supposed to be a fifth book to continue the original Twilight saga called Midnight Sun which was supposed to be Twilight in Edward Cullen's point of view. Stephenie Meyer stopped writing it though because many people leaked it onto the Internet without Stephenie's permission so the first thirteen chapters are on her website but she is not going to write the rest of it, last that I heard and read. Well, Stephenie has started writing a fifth book, Midnight Sun, which is a version of Twilight, except from Edward's point of view. Unfortunately, though, someone Steph trusted leaked it onto the internet and now, Stephenie Meyer is not planning to publish the book anytime soon. Actually, the 4th book is practically the end. Though you won't be seeing any new stuff, the new book Midnight Sun will be Edwards side of the twilight story.
