Wasp spray WILL NOT stop an attacker. This is a huge myth being spread by bloggers desperate for content. Think about it. All of the emails and messages say a friend of a friend or a police department not named. This is how all urban legends begin. Other facts to consider:

If it works, why don't wasp spray manufacturers claim that will stop intruders? Contact them in writing and see what they say. They'll tell you not to use it for self defense.

Why don't police use it?

What proof can anyone provide that it works? NONE! No human testing has been conducted.

If you are going to use a personal safety spray, use pepper spray. Police departments worldwide use it because it works!
