It is extremely unlikely. Currently, there is no indication that something is developing.
I consider an eruption in Yellowstone in 2012 VERY unlikely, mostly because it's now 2013.

The Daily Orbit - 2012 Super-Duper Volcano 2-74 was released on: USA: 18 December 2013
The volcano in Yellowstone National Park is inverted, so instead of exploding into the sky it explodes into the ground (I think). If/when the volcano erupts, there will be a huge ash cloud that will spread across the whole world, blotting out the sun. So if the population of our planet wasn't wiped out by toxic gases in the cloud (I'm not sure if it would be toxic or not, sorry) then all the plants dying from lack of sunlight would get us. And in the movie 2012, they wouldn't all be fine at the end because the ash cloud would have got them. This is very depressing.
Paul Dini said that it is going to premiere in 2 years i think that is dumb because in 2012 a super volcano is going to erupt and wipe out half the united states and that's going to be a major set back
Yellowstone Sunset - 2012 was released on: USA: 6 April 2012
That the Yellowstone volcano will erupt again in inevitable, but scientists do not know when. The volcano as it is now has only produced 3 super eruptions 2.1 million, 1.3 million, and 640,000 years ago this gives and interval range of 800,000 to 660,000 years. A smaller eruption occurred about 70,000 years ago. Given these intervals and the fact that scientists have not found any real evidence of an imminent threat, it is unlikely that it will erupt in our lifetimes.
