It is the same for both motors (2.2L and 2.4L), so yes the fuel pump should be the same in all Cavaliers/Sunfires between the yrs of 1996 and 2005
If your talking about fuel capacity, its 15 gallons (57 liters) If your asking what fuel tank will fit in your car, 95-05 cavalier, 95-05 sunfire
no headlights different
A 99 Sunfire 2200 engine will not fit in a 95 Cavalier with a 2.2 due to design and structural differences. Both offer the same size engine but are configured differently.
you can as long as it is withing certain years 1996-1999 cavalier engine will work in a 96-99 sunfire and a 99-02 cav engine will fit a 99-02 sunfire
A fuel pump from a 1999 Chevrolet Cavalier can often be interchanged with those from other GM models that share the same platform, such as the Pontiac Sunfire or Oldsmobile Alero from the same era. Additionally, some aftermarket fuel pumps are designed to fit multiple models, so products from brands like ACDelco or Spectra Premium may also be compatible. Always verify part numbers and specifications to ensure a proper fit.
The 1997 Chevrolet Cavalier motor will fit into the 1997 Pontiac sun fire. The motor mounts and the wiring harness are exactly the same.
Go to one of the big box parts store's webpage. Compare the part number of the fuel pump for each car. If the part number is the same, it should interchange. If the numbers are different, they probably won't.
I don't see why not they were the exact same car from1995 thru 1999.
you would have to change the bumper and fenders on your sunfire to get the hood to fit but to start off u would have to change the front bumper clip to interchange bumpers
98 Pontiac Sunfire 2.2L is one it fits
The front sub frame is all the same from 95-02 cavalier, Z24 or sunfire. i had a rotten one in my 97 and used a frame from a 01 sunfire GT
