All polymer based fibres / products will shrink when heated. The type of polymer dictates the level of heat required, while I do not know the specific temperature this occurs for Rayon, I am guessing maybe 180 C to 200 C.
That is why the warning label says "do not tumble dry"...
To safely see the shrinkage effect, fill a everyday water bottle with hot water from a tap !
about 5 to 10 percent on the average, more so in length than the width!!
yes.
No, no machine is 100% efficient.
You soak it in steaming hot water for about 20 - 60 minutes. And blow dry it if u put it in the washer or dryer it will rip to shreds if that doesn't work take it to your local dry cleaners they will charge a few dollars
Cuz nuffin is purfect
No. A 100 % cotton shirt will not shrink when you wash it.
A 100 % cotton shirt will usually shrink one whole size in the wash. Therefore, if you normally wear a Large, buy an Extra Large.

you do not get sharpie out of your 100 percent cotton shirt unless the color of the sharpie is:magentababy blue
It just depends on how much cotton is in this shirt. If you want to shrink it, put it in the dryer for like 20 minutes and it might help a little bit. I also heard use a spray bottle and make the shirt damp and then put it in the dryer for 15 minutes. This only works with 100-50 percent cotton shirts
100% cotton, if your not careful with washing, will shrink about 1 size or more.
It would be best to use a non-chlorine bleach, such as oxy-clean. Chlorine bleach tends to leave a yellow tinge onrayon or polyester type fabrics.

Rayon is more flammable than nylon. That is as long as the item is made from 100 percent nylon. Silk, and wool are also less flammable than rayon.
One way to permanently stretch a 100 percent polyester shirt is to wash the shirt and then put it on while it is wet. Allow the shirt to dry while wearing it to help stretch the materiel.
