Will a 1976 Chevy 350 4 bolt main be swapped to fuel injection and put in a 1998 gmc Serra with a 350?

NO. There is alot more to a 98 350 then just fuel injection. That year truck MUST have ALL the electronic engine sensors on it and working are the transmission will not even work. The 76 350 has NO place for the engine sensors to go. So it won't work.
