If both cavaliers are the 92 body style then bumpers, fenders, and many other body parts are interchangeable

Yes there is no difference in any suspension parts except the z24 will have a sway bar. so the struts and springs will fit.
Yes its a direct bolt on, only difference is the filler panel under the tail lighht is bolt differently but it doesnt matter, the bumpers are the same, only difference is the 02 has a lip on the bottom, i just did this to mine last nite, took me about 30 minutes also same with the front bumper parts are interchangable from 1995-2005

You can fit 3.8 but the biggest but still a really easy swap is the 3.4
