no it wont the bed mounts are located differently on stepside boxes than they are on fleet side and unfortunately 1991 doesnt have a model with a stepside and besides it would look really stupid
WELL ACTUALLY THE MOUNTS ARE IN THE EXACT SAME PLACE THIS GUY ABOVE DOESNT KNOW I SWITCH THEM ALL THE TIME BUT TO GET IT ON THE 91 IT WOULD REQUIRE WORK NOT TO MUCH BUT IT WOULD NEED IT AND IT WOULD LOOK GREAT

From 1988 to 1995 Yes if it is a SHORT BED Fleetside. They will interchange. You can't put a LONG BED Fleetside on a Step-Side. Hope this helps.
