No, they will not interchange.
The bell housing is between the engine and the transmission.
A Jeep Cherokee had a AW 4. A six cylinder Grand Cherokee had a 42 re. An eight cylinder had a 45rfe.
If it is gray, then yes.
If same engine, yes.
The engine holds six quarts.

there should be a fuse box under the hood
Some do, some don't. If it does you can see it at the rear bumper.
It has eight, one per cylinder.

you un plug the jeeps battery for a few minuets and then the computer resets.
check the fan motor i had to get a new fan motor mine was not comin on
you take it to the dealer caz you cant do it for sure its incredably complicated
