95 percent of the parts of your 2003 Plymouth Neon will work on the 2005 Plymouth Neon. Some of the interior parts will be different.
Your engine won't run...
Yes. A throttle position sensor will work even if it is mounted up side down on a 2.0 dodge neon.
Crankshaft sensors usually either work or they don't. However, using a vom meter, you can test the resistance of the sensor to see if its working.
To make a crankshaft position sensor work on a 1997 Honda passport with a 1995 block and 1997 heads will take a lot of work. You will have to redo everything under the hood.
crankshaft sensoryes because if the ecm isn't getting a signal from the sensor it doesn't know at what orientation the crankshaft is and won't let the ignition system start the engine. that's how i understand it to work
it basically tells the computer that the camshaft is turning same as crankshaft sensor. if the sensor does not work the vehicle will not start.
i would have to bet on the speed sensor
it doesn't work!!
The Colorado 2.8 crankshaft sensor and camshaft sensor work in harmony to control the spark or fuel delivery and timing. These two consist of tone and ring which passes over a magnetic sensor.
Just had this done on my 97, along w/ other work. It cost me around 325.00 for the crank sensor.
yes ,but really this sensor work like a (MD)sensor,(misfire detention),it is front the engine ,over the cranfshaft pulley.
