it the boat is setup properlly then yes. without a problem. expecially in a boat less then 19ft. i bet u could pull 3 -4 skieers without a problem with the right propellor and not alot of weight in the boat. i HAVE A SEA RAY 185 AND I PULL 3 SKIIERS VERY OFTEN WITH A 4.3 AND A 4 BLADE PROP
The tow lines would be the same length when towing two skiers at one time.
I would say that the very best place to find Mercruiser parts would either be on a on-line marketing website like amazon or eBay on these two sights you will be able to find one for a reasonable price
