2000 Tracker 4 door. AC fuse is located near the passenger side wheel well. It's next to the main fuse box in a small black fuse holder with a lid that has a catch on the side. 25 Amps

Two screws hold the fuse block down. Remove those and then there are two screws, (one on each side of the fuse) that hold the fuse on. Once you do that, the fuse comes off.
the last person to answer this queston is a jerk...it depends on what fuse. there are main engine fuses under the hood that could prevent the car from starting...these are the ones that dont look like fuses you can buy at walmart...they are quite large and high amperage.
