Valve springs are not torqued they have no bolts on them at all, they are held in place by keepers that fit into the notches on the end of the valves.
Will old style heads fit your 1993 roadmaster?
NO they will not work. You MUST use a high rail head where the valve cover bolts are in the center of the head. 1988 to 1999 will work.
How do you use a wrench?
You fit the end over the bolt head and turn . - Clockwise to tighten.
Will the motor from a 99 Saturn fit a 98 Saturn?
It should. Look at the EGR valve; it's on the drivers side of the head. If the EGR valve is the same, everything else should be easy to exchange.
