No, they won't. The CiniMate II is designed to connect directly to the DVD player or game machine, and includes a built-in amplifier. The Onkyo does not have a compatible analog output for all of its signals. You should consider the AcoustiMass series of speakers which will connect to the Onkyo's amplifier outputs. The subwoofer will connect to the sub line out.
