These questions really depend on how you define work. The games are designed to be difficult and if a PS2/PC controller adds to the difficultly does it really work. I say no, but someone trying to save money with limited resources may not have a choice. Plus it is necessary to actually name the brand and model before someone can provide information on the problems with using certain controllers.
