PlayStation 3 games are not region locked, therefore any PlayStation 3 game will play on any PS3. Blu-ray movies however, are region locked, though a small few are not. A quick search will show which are and are not. Finally you can't be sure if a game imported from Another Country will support your spoken language unless you ask the retailer.
Yes a Sony PSP bought in Thailand will work in Australia. PS3 that are bought in Thailand will also work in Australia.
Yes it will.
Yes, they are all the same.
The game will work yes. But if this game has wireless play then i don't know if that will work yet. It probably will, though.
It depends on the game if an American save will work on an Australian PS3. Many will not work this way.
yes

yes they do work because there is no Australian action replay or game shark yet i use a European action replay for Australian games.
Yes
A game bought for an Xbox will always work for an Xbox. Unfortunately, buying an Xbox 360 game will not work for a normal Xbox system. But most stores will give a full refund and/or a swap. Hope this helped.
I'd say because they're both made for the Wii
It depends on the region coding of the game and your PlayStation console. If your PlayStation is a region-locked model, a game purchased in the US may not work on a console bought in Dubai. However, if both are from the same region or if your console is not region-locked, the game should work. Check the packaging or the PlayStation’s settings for region information.
