A '98 Honda Civic was originally equipped with a D16Y8, not a B16A, but the D16Y8 would be an upgrade in power from all stock CRX engines. I have a B18b swap in a 91 civic hatchback. There is a msd blaster ss coil, AEM cold air intake,and a custom 4to1 header with skunk2 catback exhaust. I recently installed a BLOX fuel pressure gauge and it reads 25psi at idle and 36psi at full throttle.
