2007 Dodge Caravan

Some parts, but not all.
A 1993,1994,1995 Dodge Caravan, Plymouth Voyager, or Chrysler Town and Country with the same engine would have to same transmission.
It's not likely. The parts that are interchangeable with the '99 come from model years 1996-2000 Caravan, Voyager, & Town and Country. **Correction** Instead of "Caravan, Voyager, & Town and Country," I should have specified the caravan and voyager as "Grand." The base model is shorter than the grand so those won't fit a grand caravan/voyager. Usually the Town & Country wheelbase is the same size as the "Grand" models of Caravan & Voyager.
Yep. The bodies are virtually the same on all 1996-2000 model year Caravan, Voyager, and Town & Country models. The wheelbase on the Grand Caravan and Grand Voyager and most Town & Country vans are longer...but that only comes into play when talking about headliners and whatnot that involves going the length of the vehicle.
