If you have a small dog you need treats and a toy but if you have a big dog usually a toy will do it. What you do is you get them all excited about playing with a toy. after about 2 minutes of waiting the dog might bark. When it barks say speak. Do this for about 30 minutes a day. No less then 15 or the dog will forget. after a week or so get rid of the toy and just tell it to speak. If it does not reply to the command, do it with a toy again for a day or so. If the dog barks when it wants attention, ignore it. It will think that if it barks when not spoken to, it will get attention. DO NOT give it what it wants or it will become very greedy. After about 2 or three weeks of doing this, your dog should bark when told. Hope it works. It worked for all my dogs
