Yes. From the A-pillar forward, a Rabbit Pickup is the same as a Rabbit. Even from A to B pillar there are many similarities (door, glass, etc.) between a Pickup and a four door Rabbit.
If your Rabbit Pickup is a U.S. made Rabbit, just make sure that you get the front fender from a U.S. made Rabbit with the square headlights and turn signals as opposed to the round headlight "Euro" Rabbit (like the old Diesels and Cabriolets) and vise versa.
It is in front of the drivers front tire. You have to remove the inner fender liner to access.
Depending on year, your horn is most likely located in the drivers side fender well. Lift and support the front end of the car, and remove the drivers front wheel.... remove the drivers side front inner fender and look in front of where the wheel was, looking towards the head light. You will see the horns right there bolted to the outside of the frame rail...
if it is the same body as the 2008, remove the front portion of the drivers side front inner fender.
It is located inside the drivers side front fender.
