Yes, gas will actually leak stronger on the bottom side due to Calvin's compressed theory of gravity's effect on gas
Yes.
It doesn't really matter the reason for the leak. Get it looked at by a mechanic and get the hole fixed.
I am sure you have a v8 engine----if so the water pump weep hole will leak antifreeze and show up running down the lower rad hose on the water pump side ---of course there are other places antifreeze can leak at the front of the engine such as the water pump mounting gasket----the lower left (drivers side) p ump mounting bolt---as it enters the water jacket--- the timing caver gasket and the intake manifold gasket but the pump is the most likely place
Their is a small hole on the lower left side , in there
Probably an O2 sensor went there.
In most cases the bearings wear out and it begins to leak coolant out the small "weep" hole located near the lower end of the pump. With the engine off and the keys in your pocket grab the fan and try to wiggle it side to side, if you have play, it's shot.
Measure the length of your tee, subtract 1 1/2 to 2 inches for each socket depth on the ends. The amount that is left over after you subtract for the sockets is what you want to cut out of the existing pipe. You should be able to spread the pipe apart enough to fit the tee in place when ready to glue. Or you can buy a saddle for the size pipe you want to hook in and use a hole saw for that size pipe and drill the hole in the 3 inch on the side. The saddle will fit around the pipe and cover the hole and now you have a non spliced tee. And make sure you use purple primer and heavy duty grey glue when gluing this. It will never leak and does not disolve from harsh toilet bowl cleaners.
Because there is a hole in the hose! Replace the hose
It is on the side of the fuel tank. You have to lower the tank to access.
well on the back of the heads, there is a y pipe that lead to one pipe on the passenger side. "water out let pipe", the two pipes seal by compression fit using an o ring. mine is leaking there right now. it was hard to see and will be harder to get to.
A water leak from the radiator in to the passenger compartment is usually a sign of a leak in the heater core. If the water is not from the radiator then there may be a leak in a window or door seal, or a hole in the undercarriage that is allowing water from the road to soak the carpet..
No that is not okay, its like saying let me drill through your foundation to see if there is a leak!
