Depending on the year the car was built. For the 2007-2008 USDM Honda Fits (GD3), there is a Honda OEM center console with an armrest built in which was only made for the Japanese Fits. These can generally be bought for around $300 and install relatively easily. If you have the 2009 USDM Honda Fit (GE8), then Honda offers a center console with an armrest for Fits equipped with the automatic transmission only. I'm not 100% sure why they are not available for the manual transmission Fits, but I hear that it has something to do with the driver hitting their arm on the console when shifting into 2nd, 4th, and Reverse gears which presents a risk of mis-shifting which can not only be damaging to the synchros in the transmission, but also potentially hazardous at highway speeds. The 2009 Fit Sport has a built in folding armrest in the drivers seat, not a console.
