Usually it will either say 5 straws or 1 package. if it says 5 straws you will have to do a little math. for example if it said 1 serving is 5 straws and it said per serving there were 100 calories then if you ate 5 straws you would have consumed 100 calories. if you want to find out how many calories in one straw you need to go into some more math...
