Cheat by boiling the egg :) But, If you dont want to cheat, try this. Make a box out of paper. Make it fairly large, but not too big. Now, fit a cylinder in the middle of the box. MAKE SURE THE EGG CAN FIT INSIDE THE CYLINDER. Also, make sure the cylinder is stuck down good, and in the middle of the box. If it's not in the middle, it won't be weighted quite right. Now, rip paper into strips and crumple it up. Stuff as much of it as you can in the tube, still allowing room for the egg. Now, tape more crumpled paper to the top of the box, in case it flips over. When you place the egg in the box , make sure it is in the tube, and that you put some of the paper on top of the egg.
A4 paper 210mm by 297mm in size, which equals 62370 square millimeters. 150 GSM is 150 grams per square meter. 1 meter is 1000 millimeters, so 1 square meter is 1000x1000=1000000 square millimeters. You can fit 1000000/62370 A4 pages into 1sq meter, which is 16.0333493666827 pages. 150grams divided by 16.0333493666827 is 9.3555. So - a 150GSM page of A4 paper weighs 9.3555 grams.
You could either check the results for any anomalies(any results that don't fit the pattern) then eliminate them, if there is any. Or you could repeat the test, until you've done it 3 times. And find the mean average, of each piece of data.
Doors usually have a small gap between the bottom of the door and the floor, and in most cases, it is possible for a piece of paper to fit through that gap. So even if a door is locked, you can still deliver a piece of paper.
