If you only took .05mg and no more than I can say with 100% that it will be out of your system in 9 days , that is if it is a urine test that you are going to take. It should have even been enough to fail a urine test the next day really. I have taken 2mg bar before(out of the blue, was not taking them at all and then took just one) and tested clean the very next day. I don't recommend trying this though. Benzos are very tricky to predict when it comes to urine test. The more consecutively they are taken the longer they will stay in your system. When I used to take xanax everyday, when I finally quit for good they remained in my system for almost a month due to the build up in my system. But you will be perfectly fine if .05mg is all you took. Be careful with benzos they are SO addictive.
It really depends on what type of test is being done and what testing method being used. If benzodiazepines are part of the drug test, it will most likely show up. It wouldn't matter if you took 1/10th of the tablet, the tests are incredibly sensitive. Even 1/10th of the tablet still has to be processed by your body in the same way, and the test shows whether the products resulting from the breakdown are present at all, not how much of it is there (unless it's a toxicology test).
The Mythbusters made a good example of that when they consumed a small piece of poppy seed cake, and tested positive for morphine. The amount of morphine on poppy seeds is so incredibly small, but it still causes positives for morphine/opiates on drug tests.
Good luck.
