Yes, it will fit
No, the 2003 Ford F350 rims will not fit on a 1999 Ford F350.
Yes, it does. The 2000 S70 uses the same exact speedometer as it did in it's previous years.
That body style ran from 1999-2003.
A 2003 F350 box may fit a 2000 F350, but there are important considerations to keep in mind, such as differences in mounting points and overall dimensions. It's advisable to check compatibility for specific parts like the tailgate and bed length, as these can vary between model years. Additionally, modifications might be necessary for a proper fit. Always consult with a professional or refer to manufacturer specifications for the best guidance.
It has been awhile for me but I don't think you can remove it. The speedometer is a press fit and has to be pushed out from behind.
Many tire shops will mount the tires on your truck if you pay for them in advance. If they fit, great. If they dont fit, the shops will usually allow you to downsize for free.

Yes, the rims off a 2002 Ford F350 will indeed fir on a 1999 Ford F350.
They will fit but they are not the correct size for your Civic. Your speedometer will not be accurate. Ride, handling, fuel mileage, and braking will be adversely effected.
The front automatic hub from your 2001 Xterra will fit on your 2000 model Xterra. The front automatic of's are exactly the same.
