I believe the answer is no. You can only receive the digital version of 7 and 9's standard programming via a SD STB (576i). To receive the occasionally-different (jan 09) programs on Nine HD and Seven HD you would need a HD STB and a TV capable of their 1080i format (I don't believe any analog TVs are capable of this).
