No the related links provides detail by model, but only 4 USB port PS3 models play PS2 games and most play some PS titles. GB size only helps to identify the first two models that play PS2 games with 20 GB and 60 GB, the 80 GB 1st model did and later 80 GB models did not

Sony has issued out four different models of the PlayStation three, these are; The forty gigabyte, sixty gigabyte, eighty gigabyte and the one hundred and sixty gigabyte. The forty and eighty gigabyte were released first, but the forty gigabyte PlayStation three cannot play PlayStation two games. Any other model can.

No you can not Play PS2 games on any PS3 being produced since August 2008. Earlier models with 4 USB ports could play some PS2 titles. Current models that are produced have a larger harddrive than the 120 GB and 250 GB slim models from earlier and are smaller and consume less power than the Fat PS3 models from before the slim was introduced.
