Probably not. Drug testing as performed by hiring companies, law enforcement, etc. is concerned with drugs that effect job performance and/or are illegal. So opiates, opioids, THC derivatives, etc. are tested for. And drugs like ephedrine, which is a LOT like an amphetamine, can generate false positives for that reason. But no-one wants to spend the extra money to test and see if you're taking heart meds, for instance, because there is no black market in them, and they typically don't effect job performance.
Ambroxol is a secretolytic and a mucolytic. It's a very localized painkiller/analgesic that only works on sore throats. It is NOT an opiate or opiate analog. As such, I can't think of a drug class that's tested for, that this rather unusual medication approximates. And as this med doesn't get people high, there's no real black market in it.
But is it possible a drug test could detect Something -- perhaps inaccurately? Maybe, but very very doubtful.
