All depending on wat year you have:
the 97' cl 2.2 carry a kick down cable transmission which means the older accords such as the 94' thru 97' carry the same transmission.
But if u have a 98-99' cl which has a electrnically controlled trasmission, u can use a tranny out of a 98' thru 2002 accord which has a 2.3 engine.
