only if the Nissan truck has the same motor. which some do by the way. some Nissan trucks have the same rear-wheel motor, KA24DE, or KA24E.
if the truck has an automatic KA motor, then yes the transmission will fit right in. chances are the transmission mounts will line up, but if not you will have to remount it, which is just a matter of extending the mount and drilling a new screw-hole for the bolts.
