yes
two weeks it depens
If you are talking about a saliva test, Just 3 days of abstinence is enough to pass the test. So quit 3 days before.
The oral swab is to gather saliva for the assay. Fortunately for you, marijuana is not excreted into the saliva, at least not much of it is. A standard oral assay can only detect marijuana in the saliva if it was used within 12 hours of testing and sometimes it is not detected at all. However, if you're a heavy marijuana smoker it is possible for the THC to remain in your saliva for up to 3 days after the last use (The general absolute max for any drug tested using a saliva assay). In order to speed up the breakdown of the THC in your saliva, you can eat some high-fat food 2-3 hours prior to the test. I do not suggest drinking mouthwash prior to the test as it will show positive for alcohol and that can be just as bad. Some people also suggest eating some Altoid® mints before the test as well. If you don't mind perjuring yourself, they may ask about any intake in the last 24 hours, just say you have not eaten anything, although by saying yes, it is possible they will postpone the test giving you another day.
No.
yes.
i doubt that it can be detected but anythings possible and they also usually take a urine sample when they do a oral swab test and it can definitely be found there
Just an oral swab test takes around 7 to 14 hours for chronic usage... They say 48 hours but that is bull sh**.... It depends on your size and tolerance which I presume would be quite high if your a chronic smoker... The best guide I can give is this; I'm a chronic marijuana smoker, female, petite 50kg... I got a saliva test or oral test 12 hours after smoking and came up clean:):)
Here are three works done by our saliva, Lubrication and binding: the mucus in saliva is extremely effective in binding masticated food into a slippery bolus that (usually) slides easily through the esophagus without inflicting damage to the mucosa. Saliva also coats the oral cavity and esophagus. Solubilises dry food; in order to be tasted and it helps us keep our oral hygiene: The oral cavity is almost constantly flushed with saliva, which floats away food debris and keeps the mouth relatively clean.
You cant.
Saliva Drug Testing The FDA has recently given Epitope, Inc approval to begin manufacturing saliva drug testing. In a study using RIA (Radioimmunoassay) test, cannabinoids were detected in saliva 4 to 10 hours after subjects smoked a single marijuana joint. Epitope has recently developed a test which detects drugs or their metabolites in saliva. However, this sort of drug testing is limited to detecting very recent drug use. In one study, saliva testing was only able to detect cannabinoids 4-10 hours after the subjects had been smoking. It is likely that this drug testing will be confined to detecting current intoxication only. "Saliva drug testing has been touted as a "fitness for duty" test, as its window of detection begins as soon as a drug is ingested. Saliva drug testing will reveal only current or very recent (within the past twelve hours) marijuana use, but will detect use of cocaine, opiates, methamphetamine and Ecstasy over the past two to three days (urine will detect these drugs for three or four days after use). Saliva is typically experienced as cleaner and less intrusive than urine, and there are currently no known methods for defeating saliva drug testing. Saliva drug testing testing is useful for pre-employment, random, post-accident and for-cause testing. Both lab-based and on-site systems are available; the on-site system offers results ten minutes after taking the saliva sample. Saliva tests compare favorably in price to urine testing. " In oral fluid, drugs will be detected within minutes after use. In urine drug testing, drugs will remain undetected in the first 4-8 hours. * Marijuana 12-24 hrs * Opiates 24-48 hrs * Amphetamine 24-48 hrs * Methamphetamine 24-48 hrs * Cocaine 12-24 hrs

Saliva is the first step in food digestion. It breaks down starch and fat of the food. It also acts as a lubricant for food to pass down and for teeth
