Nope. If the screen in question is an Ethyl Glucoronide, or EtG, screen, it will give a true positive. This is probably the most hated and reviled drug test out there.
EtG is the first-order metabolite of ethanol. This test determines whether your body has metabolized ethanol within the past few days. Problem is, it can't tell whether the alcohol entered your body because you drank a fifth of tequila on Friday night or because you wore perfume on your Friday date. Or worse, because you're a nurse or a teacher and you use a quart of hand sanitizer a week. A lot of nurses have this test to thank for the loss of their licenses.
My opinion is this test should be banned. The intention was good - you basically have to catch a drinker in the act because the half-life of ethanol in vivo is too short. The reality is ethanol is too pervasive in American life - it's in products you wouldn't drink in a million years - so nothing good can come out of a test this nonspecific.
Yes it does, but it's a false positive. The false positive is a Trojan, its completely safe.

No.
Hi, Your question is: Can birth control pills give you a false negative? No. Birth control pills can not give you a false negative or a false positive.
No it can not.
If the test is done properly, the chances to give false positive test are very slim indeed.
Phentermine can possible give a false positive on a biometric screening. Phenterime is a schedule IV controlled substance with characteristics that mimic amphetamines.
