He went home... He lives in one of the city areas. Talk to his grandfather and him...one of them will give you the sacred stone that HEATRAN (legendary) guarded at Stark Mountain. Once he gives it back to you, return to Stark Mountain, go through it all over again, and then you'll face up with Heatran (legendary Fire/Steel type) Be careful... He's originally at LV70. Bring timer/Ultra/Master Balls if you can.
