Get his cage, place it on the floor next to a wall, and keep the cage door open. Have food and water inside the cage, so that hopefully, your mouse will get homesick or hungry and come back inside.
No because if you put a baby mouse/mice with adults they would think it's FOOD! Trust me, I had a baby field mouse and I put it in the cage with the adults and it was gone soon.

You feed it a good diet. Get special mouse food from a pet store, and make sure it is drinking. If it is still skinny, then it is sick. Snakes don't care if the mouse is skinny!
