That depends on what you mean by a baby-toad. The larva are very kannibalistic in general and will rip their siblings apart if there is a lack of food. Recently metamorfosed frogs dont eat anything at all and are 'consuming' their small tail. Adult toads also are kannibalisticbut only if a big toad meets a small toad. Toads are not able to eat anything of equal size.
