I think so because in A London Carol in shows them as old people and their married. But they might not get back together until the end of season 3. Cross your fingers there will be a kiss!!!!
No it doesn't! it shows them as old people on the boat, but there is no proof that they're married! But the commercial does show them hugging and holding hands

UPDATE!!! I saw the episode last night and it turns out they were married they were on a trip for their anniversary! lol.
After doing research it seems they are getting back together in January 2011 in a special called " Kettle-corn " where Bailey and her friends go to kettle-corn and there's a tornado! (Gasp!) it's based on the " Wizard Of Oz ".
