Nothing is ever set in stone, but I think he will at some point. The Big Show has impressive size, name recognition and charisma, which puts him in a position where he can work either as a face (good guy) or heel (bad guy).
If the WWE needs another main event face, or if they need to freshen the Big Show character itself, you can expect him to turn face again in the future.
