No it will not work the software is different. The game versions must get downloadable content unique to there platform. You could no more take a MW3 DLC for the Xbox 360 and put it in a PS3 than you could play the Xbox 360 game in your PS3

Black ops is better for kids because there is a setting in the Game to restrict the graphic content such as blood and language. On MW3 its more of a hardcore time game.
