In Twilight, Brambleclaw is upset that he is losing Squirrelflight's affection Ashfur. They are both mad at each other for different reasons, one being that Squirrelfight basically flirts with Ashfur. Squirrelfight believes that Brambleclaw cares about Hawkfrost more than her or ThunderClan. In the beginning of Sunset, they both forgive each other and move on with their life as mates. Also, in Sunrise, at the end Brambleclaw is very angry at squirrelflight bc1uz she didn't tell him that Holly,jay, an Lion were her si's kits. (Sory about these typos!)

How does Squirellflight die?
She doesn't. *spoiler alert* Firestar dies of old age and Brambleclaw is appointed Bramblestar, and Squirelflight becomes his deputy.
Will Brambleclaw ever forgive Squirellflight about the kits?
Nobody knows for sure, but I can assume he will come at least close to forgiving her at the end of the fourth series, maybe. That is just my estimate.

It depends on which time. There are two main times that I can remember: in the New Prophecy set, Brambleclaw is mad that Squirrelflight took a liking to Ashfur instead of Brambleclaw. In the Omen of the Stars set, he is mad at her for lying to him about Hollyleaf, Lionblaze, and Jayfeather being his kits when they weren't.

Because Squirrelflight chose Brambleclaw over him. In other words, he was driven mad by grief.

In a way, yes. When she has a fight with Brambleclaw in which she stays mad at him and Brambleclaw is overcome with unhappiness, Squirrelflight turns to Ashfur and loves him. But when she makes up with Brambleclaw and loves him again. Ashfur is furious and heartbroken.
Are Brambleclaw and Squirrelflight mates?
No. Brambleclaw felt hurt when he found out Squirrelflight was not Lionblaze's, Jayfeather's and Hollyleaf's mother. He felt as she could not trust him, resulting him most likely hating her.I thought they were really good together and its not her fault she was helping her sister and then hollyleaf ruined it. So I'm pretty sure that brambleclaw is mad at her but I dont think he hates her.it's unknown, but probably not, i think because they never really had kits...yes but they don't have kits.

He get mad at Squirrelflight because she had led him on to believe that he was the father of the kits. You kind of have to feel sorry for Brambleclaw because he was so happy about becoming a father only to realize that they aren't really his. Now, Brambleclaw has chosen to leave Squirrelflight as a mate.
