Most likely it won't be. As you said, there is 3 parts in Breaking Dawn... Bella as the main character, then Jacob, and then back to Bella.
Breaking Dawn is a big book, especially with the information and lots of things happening in the chapters. It would be better if they split into a couple of movies, a bit like Harry Potter (the last book, they had to split up the movie).
Anyway, it is most likely Breaking Dawn with be coming out as two parts or three... it looks like we will have to wait a little longer to find out what happens in the end!
