Breast milk can start to dry up around the fourth month of pregnancy due to the abundance of pregnancy hormones. You will still make a little but it's nearly impossible to keep a full supply. You will start to make colostrum towards the end of your pregnancy. If you have a baby that is still nursing throughout your pregnancy they may wean due to the salty tats of the colostrum or the fact that you have very little milk left.

Depends on the woman. Some dry up after 3 months and others after 18 months and others never dry up. If you want to stop and it doesn't stop you might need some help with pills from your doctor.

NO!! Why does this old rumor fly around forever? Breast feeding (which is what I believe you meant by breast milk/or do you want to steal some of the baby's milk to drink yourself? that seems rude) does NOT prevent pregnancy.
Please forget it, at least use condoms.

If this were to happen you would continue to produce milk, as normal. Your first baby would continue to receive the same milk as normal. However, immediately after the second baby is born the milk will return to colostrum (the very thick first milk for new born babies) for a few days in order to give the newborn exactly what it needs. This happens because when the placenta is delivered it triggers the release of the hormone in your brain which tells your body to produce colostrum. After 2/3/4 days the milk will return to full breast milk.

Many people mistakenly believe that since they have no period while breastfeeding, they cannot get pregnant. However, this is just a myth. You can definitely become pregnant while still breastfeeding. I thought the same thing, and ended up pregnant just a couple months after giving birth. I ended up breastfeeding the whole time I was pregnant and breastfed the newborn and the 1 year old at the same time. It was extremely tiring.

You could be. Or this can be caused by certain hormones still present in your body after the miscarriage. You should definitely take a pregnancy test to find out.

Can you have milk in the breast and be pregnant?

This is possible, but not common. Most women that breastfeed their baby do not ovulate and hence does not become pregnant. When trying to wean the baby off breast milk, this reduces the hormone production and production of milk slows down. At a stage during this, ovulating starts up again, and you can get pregnant. Some few women do ovulate when breastfeeding. It is not a "fail proof" method of contraception. Only fairly safe :-)
